One Bloor West

Canada’s first supertall, at the centre of everything.

One Bloor West is an 85-storey, 308.6-metre residential tower at 1 Bloor Street West, Toronto — Canada's first supertall building. Formerly known as The One, it is designed by Foster + Partners and developed by Tridel, with 411 larger luxury residences and interim occupancy anticipated for Spring 2027.

Architecture

Structure as ornament.

Foster + Partners carries the load on the façade — an expressed champagne-bronze frame that frees the interiors of structure and opens every residence to full-height glass and light.

The Address

The most connected corner in Canada.

Directly above Bloor-Yonge — where the city’s two subway lines meet — with the Mink Mile a block west and Yorkville at the door. At its base, the 1883 William Luke buildings, kept.
